Free Monthly Workshop

What do we teach?

  • All above skills are tailored to entry-level participants

  • Who should participate in these events?

    We have monthly workshops for everyone ages 7 up to 65+. We strongly encourage everyone to participate. No athletic background needed, you do not need to be in "good" shape or be flexible by any means. We work with everyone!

    Kids | Ages 7-15: First Sunday of every month @ 5:15 PM

    Adults | Ages 16-65+: Last Saturday of every month @ 6:15 PM


    Young kids: Don't see a workshop for your 3-6-year-olds? Don't worry we offer free trial classes each week for these little ones. Their class is called Little Jumps. These classes are held on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Click that blue link for more info.
    Weekly Classes: We offer weekly classes, and everyone gets their first class for free! Click these blue links to jump to the First Timers classes for Kids and Adults.
