FreeRunning Lv2+

Freerunning is what you get when you start adding in high amounts of stylized movements and flow into a parkour-based movement. The only true difference between parkour and freerunning is one's intention. Parkour by definition is efficient movement, whereas freerunning is creatively moving with no real end goal in mind. This class builds off our Flow, Tumbling, Tricking, Break Dancing, and Parkour Lv 1 curriculums and works on putting it all together. Want to see some Freerunning? Who should do this class? If you're interested in the acrobatic side of things, you have already passed out of Lv 1 parkour, and you have taken a fair amount of the prerequisite classes then this class will be for you!
Ages 7 and up, levels 2+.
